About AdCrest

The Basics

AdCrest is an ATL-led advertising agency that plans and executes large-scale campaigns. When a campaign needs Influencer & Digital Marketing or on-ground execution, AdCrest integrates TrendLabs and BajuGali respectively, while remaining the single campaign owner.

ATL (above-the-line) advertising is mass media that reaches wide audiences: outdoor, transit, cinema, radio, retail media and high-reach digital. At AdCrest, ATL planning and media decisions are led centrally, and responsibility for timelines, quality and outcomes stays with AdCrest.

Campaigns that are large, visible and time-sensitive. The scenarios we commonly handle are product and brand launches, festive and seasonal campaigns, market entry and expansion, high-visibility brand bursts, and national or multi-city rollouts.

Yes. Whether it is a local campaign or a multi-city rollout, results improve when ATL, Influencer, Digital and BTL are planned and executed together, and that holds true even for small, local campaigns.

Selected campaigns include Swiggy / Instamart, Royal Oak, Decathlon, Louis Philippe, MP Jewellers, Pizza Hut and Simple Energy, across billboards, metro and transit branding, mall media, bus shelters, cabs and digital OOH. See the details on Our Work.

Media & Capabilities

ATL Media, Planning & Buying

Outdoor and large-format OOH (billboards, unipoles, gantries and foot-over bridges), digital OOH networks, OTT and high-reach digital media, transit advertising (airports, metro, bus and cabs), cinema advertising, radio advertising, retail and mall media, and utility bill advertising. See ATL Media Capabilities.

Both. AdCrest plans media to the campaign objective, maps city, regional and national coverage, rationalizes cost for buying efficiency, and coordinates execution against the timeline. We don't just place media; we own the media plan and its delivery.

Yes. Media is mapped at city, regional and national level, and national or multi-city rollouts are a common scenario. For example, the Simple Energy campaign ran hoardings across Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Direct-to-household media: your brand on electricity and gas bills, with distribution planned at city and zone level.

AdCrest's digital formats (OTT and premium in-app placements) are used for reach, not performance marketing. When a campaign needs creator content or online reach, TrendLabs handles Influencer & Digital Marketing as part of the same campaign plan.

Yes. Alongside established high-reach formats, AdCrest keeps expanding into new and emerging media inventory and city- or market-specific opportunities, without changing how campaigns are owned or executed.

Integrated Advertising

Working With TrendLabs & BajuGali

ATL, Influencer, Digital and BTL are planned as one campaign, on a single timeline, a single quality benchmark and a single execution plan. AdCrest leads and owns the ATL campaign, TrendLabs manages Influencer & Digital Marketing, and BajuGali handles BTL and on-ground execution. See Integrated Advertising.

No. They are brought in when a campaign needs them: TrendLabs for creator content or online reach, and BajuGali for physical presence or local activation. Integration is used only when it strengthens the campaign, and when it is, everything is planned as one campaign.

AdCrest. Each team works independently in its own area of expertise, while AdCrest coordinates their involvement and remains the single point of accountability for timelines, quality and delivery. You work with one lead agency, not multiple vendors.

When different agencies handle different parts of a campaign, timelines fail to align, messaging drifts across touchpoints, execution quality varies, and you end up managing agencies instead of outcomes. With one owner, turnaround times are predictable, quality stays consistent, dependencies are managed internally and accountability stays with one team.

Process & Technology

How Campaigns Run

In four steps: understand the objective (goals, markets and timelines), plan the campaign (ATL media planning led by AdCrest, with TrendLabs and BajuGali scoped in where required), execute at scale, and track and report, with single-point reporting and AdCrest accountable for outcomes.

Every site we execute is captured with geo-tagged, time-stamped photos, with AI-assisted checks on every photo, and the Client Dashboard shows live status and proof, site by site.

One login where you plan, launch and follow every campaign you run with us: plan media, activations and creators, and see live status and proof, site by site. No more chasing updates over email. See Our Technology.

More than 100 AI agents and skills work across our business, from payments and invoices to media location and creator search. AI-assisted planning turns your brief into a draft media plan 50% faster, which an expert media planner then reviews. Everything that reaches you is checked by an expert at least once.

Every campaign, vendor and site we run lives on the ERP we built in-house. It has been in live use for 6+ years, with 2k+ campaigns planned and executed and 2k+ vendors registered on it.
